YSI Opens new Social Innovation Hub for Testing by Young People and Teachers by YSI
Young Social Innovators has just opened its exciting new online social innovation hub for beta testing by participants of this year’s YSI programmes www.hub-si.org.
Through the Hub, Young Social Innovators hopes to create a vibrant community of passionate and engaged young people allowing them to interact and share ideas and stories through online blogging facilities, social networking capabilities and forums.
An interactive map allows site users to locate and view social innovation projects taking place by teams around Ireland and to keep up to date with the actions that young people are taking to address their chosen social issues and bring about positive change.

The Hub will also young people to build their profiles as social innovators and volunteers.
After a testing phase to garner feedback from young people and educators, the site will be launched nationally later in the year so watch this space.
