If your organisation has, for some reason, not yet completed a project outline form, please contact the Young Social Innovators Office.

Project Outline Forms can be downloaded from out website at www.youngsocialinnovators.ie or can be completed online at www.youngsocialinnovators.ie/myysi.

Forms should be returned as soon as possible to Young Social Innovators, 3 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 or by fax to 01 645 8031. Participation fee should also accompany Project Outline Forms.
